Mr. Sal Talarico Mr. Sal Talarico is the Finance Director for the City of Oberlin and manages the city’s finance department. The finance department is responsible for income tax collections and administration, utility billing, revenue collections, accounts payable processing, payroll processing, financial reporting, treasury and investment management, and debt management. Prior to working with the City of Oberlin, Mr. Talarico was the deputy auditor for the City of Parma. Additional experience includes a bank and corporate auditor. Mr. Talarico earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Cleveland State University and is also a Certified Public Finance Administrator. |
